Watch With Kristin: Heroes Spoilers
Anthony in Augusta, Maine.: Is Heroes going to go back to its glory of the first season?
Didn't you see on the Olympics commercials that say Heroes is "100 percent back" according to E! Online? Well, normally I don't believe a word those idiots say, but in this case, you totally can and should! The premiere is awesome, and the new season looks great. We're even going to see some of the oldies we love back together again. Plus, did you hear the Greatest American Hero is coming on board?! (Check the spoiler section.)

Heather in Bloomington, Ill. We've gotten some great Heroes scoop lately, but we haven't heard a word on David Anders' return. So can you throw us Anders fan a bone and give us something to chew on?
Sark is back! According to sources, your boy will be back in episode four. Yes, someone will dig up Adam Monroe, and yes, he will be pissed. (You'd be cranky too if you'd been buried alive and hadn't been trained in coffin cracking like Ms. Beatrix Kiddo.) Also, James Kyson Lee (Ando) revealed: "The show really goes back to some of the fundamental relationships from season one that everyone really cared about and got excited about." In addition to the shocking and dramatic scene between Ando and Hiro in the first hour of the show, I'm hearing that we'll get back to their lighter side as well: Ando, Hiro and the Haitian have at least one scene together that should send you into giggle fits.

Francis: Wait a minute! In your Heroes post you mentioned that the Greatest American Hero, William Katt, is going to be on the new season. Is he playing a hero or a villain?
Believe it or not (sing it with me now!) he's, um, not walking on air. He'll play a villain of the worst kind: A...I hope you're sitting down for this..reporter. Actually, his character's name is "Reporter," and from what I hear, he has no special powers to speak of, other than his awesomely spherical 'do. In the second hour of the season premiere, we'll see Katt's character harassing Ali Larter's new character, Tracy Strauss, asking her about photos he found of her on lasvegasniki.com (back when Ali was Niki and Niki was a stripper). Tracy denies any connection, and my sense is, she honestly doesn't know of any.

Sneak Peek Whats Ahead of Heroes
* EW's Michael Ausiello is right on the money (you sneaky frenemy you!). Seth Green and Breckin Meyer are in final talks to come on Heroes this season; however, as of late yesterday, they still had not signed a contract. Keep those fingers and toes crossed, 'cause I'm hearing what they have in store for these boys is fantastic.
* Kristen Bell will most definitely be back, beginning with the second episode (which is the second hour of the premiere) and most likely for a total of five episodes this season. I also hear (spoiler alert!) she is very much a part of the series in a very major way when they flash forward to the future. I think you'll be surprised over who she's hooking up with—and also might squee a little.
* Expanding on what the release says below, I can tell you that the huge reveals in the first few episodes include Sylar can-opening the head of a Hero we love, Sylar revealing definitively whether he plays Hannibal the cannibal with those brains, Mama Petrelli revealing something that changes the entire dynamic between many of the main characters (this is what I'm most excited about), Nathan Petrelli finding God and Peter is so not being himself.

Watch With Kristin: Heroes Spoilers
Isabella in Rio de Janeiro: Ola, Kristin. I'm dying here to learn more about Ali Larter's character on Heroes. Niki, Jessica, Gina, Tracy? Is she a different personality or is she an entirely different person now? Please, give us something! XOXO Beijinhos
Ola, Isabella! Tudo bem? E...that's all the Portuguese I've got, sorry. Ali's new character is named Tracy Strauss, and she's a political adviser to the governor of New York. Is Tracy connected to Niki?
Well, a reporter sure thinks that the nekkid pictures of "Niki" on the Internet are not just a case of mistaken identity. Also, when we pick up the story, Tracy is angling to get Nathan Petrelli a pretty good government job. There has to be a tie between Niki and Tracy in there somewhere, and if you want to know exactly how, email Mr. Linderman, because he knows, and I think he might be the mastermind behind the whole switcheroo...

Wanda2Saints: But wait, isn't Linderman dead?!
Yes, but he is not gone! And Nathan will be the first to see him.

Claire in Santa Fe, N.M.: Kristin, I need Heroes info!
A favorite character's father will be losing his head—and not just in the temper-tantrum, poor-impulse-control way. Dad's skull will no longer be attached to dad's spine.

Heroes Coupling News
"There's going to be a little love affair," the always spicy Dania Ramirez told me of her character Maya in the new season, which starts Sept. 22 on NBC. "I don't think I should say much about it, but I can tell you: It's gonna be hot!"

Um, I'll say. According to insiders, producers are forging a new über-couple between two Heroes regulars in season three—Maya and another Hero—which will serve as a major story arc and which will prove to be a powerful combination. If you saw the amazing premiere screening at Comic-Con (it rocked, did it not?), you probably know who I'm talking about, so enlighten your friends in the comments, will ya? (I'd like to keep my scalp attached, if you pretty please.)

Meanwhile, in other Heroic hookup news, the one and only Mr. Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) told me he's "getting a new life partner." So...yay! HRG is going gay!

OK, he totally isn't (sorry to concern you, Mrs. B) but according to inside sources, Mr. Bennet is forming a surprising, platonic partnership with a certain head-splitting baddie who may or may not go by the name of...you got it...Sylar (Zachary Quinto).

"It's going to be very interesting," Coleman promised of the new union. "I've been wanting to work with this actor for a very long time." But wait a minute, does this mean Mr. Bennet is going bad? Or is Sylar going good? The mind boggles.

As for what else lies ahead, Coleman revealed that Clairebear (Hayden Panettiere) will be “a little more clued in as to what I’m up to. She actually sees what it is I do, and it gets pretty gnarly.”

And Ramirez shared that while "last season I spent a lot of time dealing with my power, being a little gullible and being a little stressed about what I was, this season Maya is coming into her own." Translation: Sylar had better watch his back. "She hasn't forgotten what [Sylar] did to her brother," Ramirez continued. "And ultimately, she will find him!"

Exclusive: 'Heroes' Geeks Out Over Seth Green, Breckin Meyer
Heroes is getting its very own geek squad.

Real-life BFFs and frequent collaborators Seth Green and Breckin Meyer are nearing a deal to join the cast of Heroes for multi-episode arcs, sources confirm to me exclusively.

As I first teased in this week's episode of Ausiello TV, the Robot Chicken duo will play Atlanta-based comic book nerds aficionados who cross paths with (and perhaps serve as advisors to) one of the Heroes. I'm told the names of their characters are still in flux, so there's a chance the cheeky monikers I referenced in ATV won't stick. Then again, they very well may. (Fingers crossed that at least one of them does.)

Got any theories as to what higher purpose Green and Meyer may serve in the Heroesverse? Is it just me, or do these two bring to mind a certain nerdy advisory panel from another popular sci-fi franchise? C'mon, it can't just be me.

Ausiello: Heroes Scoop
Question: What is up with Kristen Bell and Heroes? It’s been ages since we’ve heard anything. -- Steven
Ausiello: She's back on the set shooting her multi-episode arc as we speak! Woo-hoo! In other Heroes news, look for the action (or at least part of the action) to shift to a comic book shop in Athens, Georgia around Episode 11.

Robert Forster Joins 'Heroes'
He's alive! Or is he?

Sources confirm to me exclusively that Heroes has tapped acting vet Robert Forster to play Nathan and Peter's presumed-dead pops, Arthur Petrelli.

Given Heroes' penchant for time travel, though, there's no telling if we'll see Arthur in the present, via flashback, or during one of Hiro's little excursions. Another unknown: whether Arthur will use his powers ('cause you know he's got 'em) for good or evil.

Rumors of Arthur's possible "resurrection" this season have been burning up the Internets for months. And while it's not clear when Forster will first turn up, at press tour last month, his on-screen widow, Cristine Rose, hinted in this video interview that a bombshell would be dropped in the two-hour premiere on Sept. 22. "There's a secret that comes out that if you're a true fan, you're just going to die," she teased. "It's a good Angela secret, and it's [not about] her powers."

Well, considering the first hour of the premiere was screened at Comic-Con, and, per multiple eyewitnesses, no such Angela secret was revealed, it's safe to say the big reveal will take place in hour 2. Of course, whether or not said reveal is related to Arthur is also a big fat unknown. It's all speculation, people!
